About the Role
What You Will Do?Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes related to sheet metal, liquid cooling, sealing components, plastics, welding process and metal forming.?Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.?Monitor and analyze process performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.?Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process, providing professional support and guidance.?Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure tooling and equipment design and fabrication meet company requirements.?Mentor and support engineers and technicians to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)?Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.?Minimum of 5 years o...
