What You Will Do
1.Join customer specification review for special project 2.Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed 3.Complete formal FC and submit BOM,training related parties on process instruction (PI) 4.Establish and maintain standard operation procedure &defect analyse systems (DAS). 5.Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA 6.Evaluate PCR/ECR raised by others from ME view, or raise PCR/ECR 7.Stabilize and continual improve process capability 8.Process failure analysis & trouble shooting 9.Lead to conduct new product trial run per trail run plan 10.Lead to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action 11.Lead process improvement activities and Join with Lean project&6-Sigma project Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
