Sr. Electrical Engineer - Transmission

Conduct electrical studies related to the design of high voltage transmission lines including, but not limited to, grounding system design, step and touch potentials calculations, AC interference with pipelines/railways, lightning protection, electrical safety, and EMF analysis.

Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team to design transmission lines rated at 60 kV to 500 kV.

Manage medium and large-sized projects and work packages, write technical specifications and standards, and prepare estimates.

Prepare, review, and sign the study reports and drawings.

Provide technical and site support during the installation, commissioning and maintenance phases.

Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external colleagues to determine relative priorities, assess the impact of work on others and resolve issues of concern.
