Position Overview:  
Our Electrical Engineer - Battery is responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization (sustaining) of (Lithium) batteries and systems.
Essential Functions:
Design and develop new battery technologies, systems, and components.
Implement and maintain best practices in battery design, validation, and testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Optimize and introduce processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability in battery development and maintenance.
Conduct performance and safety testing of battery cells and packs.
Analyse data to evaluate battery efficiency, lifespan, and reliability.
