About the Role
Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Sr EHS Engineer.
**What you'll do**:The EHS Sr Engineer Manage an effective maintenance program that provides for a clean, comfortable, safe working environment for all personnel.Ensure compliance to STPS, SEMARNAT, ISO *****, OSHA/ISO *****, and MESH requirements and specific regulations applicable to the facility.Maintain and ensure compliance for Management Enviromental Safety & Health system (MESH).
EHS Champion.EHS Champion / co champion of 8 MESH categories (Knowledge in electrical safety, LOTO, Machine guarding, confined Spaces, powered industrial vehicles, etc) as a well as its legal compliance.Ensure Legal compliance of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.Coordinate waste team.Ensure Clean Industry and Safe Company certifications.Manage FIFIs programAdministration of chemicals MSDS, magagement of registration of new chemicals.Interacts and works as a legal liason with Municial, state and Federal dependencies (Civil pr...
