About the Role

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a DQE located in Shenzhen Nanshan.
Reporting to the Sr. DQE Manager, the DQE’s role involves… 
What a typical day looks like:
Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document, develop Power Supply (PSU), Power Shelf (PS), Rack and BBU qualification test plan (including product functional, climatic environmental and reliability test requirements)
Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing) and finish the test on time
Optimize some test method and equipment fixture
Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test and propose the corrective action if possible.
Prepare DQE test report after DQE test
