About the Role
Job Purpose This position will be responsible for leading the regional structure dedicated to commercial execution as a vendor, responsible for the entire Go to Market as a service strategy for Broadcom (and potentially other vendors in the future). This role focuses on direct engagement with end-users, revenue growth, renewal rate improvement, and new business generation, with full autonomy over pricing and commercial conditions. Responsibilities Lead and Develop a Multicultural Team: Manage and mentor Account Executives across Brazil, Mexico, CCA, NOLA, and SOLA, with an initial team of five direct reports and potential for future expansion.
