· Work closely with Digital Business Partners and commercial team stakeholders to drive key digital activities’ operational excellence, including but not limited to: innovative insurance programs, virtual rep, and other innovative pilots.
· Key responsibilities start from planning phase where Digital Operational Excellence will need to work with Digital BP and activity/project owners to define the right KPI and lead the discussion with external service provider or IT team of what and how the required data will be collected, so as to make sure both operational performance and business impact can be tracked and evaluated through-out the journey.
· During the implementation, Digital Operational Excellence will ongoing check KPI achievement and call Digital BP and activity/project owners for optimization to achieve best effectiveness and efficiency.
