Must to haves:

• Extensive experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native, microservice-based systems, preferably with Jenkins.
• Strong skills building, optimizing, and troubleshooting Docker-based build and runtime images, including multi-image pipelines (services, operators, test toolboxes).
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes as a deployment and runtime platform, including working with manifests, Helm charts, and managing multiple services in a cluster.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Helm-based deployments, including dependency management, templating, and values management across environments.
• Solid understanding of configuration and secret management in Kubernetes (ConfigMaps, Secrets, certificates) and how services consume them.
