Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in the GTA. We are conducting a search for a Sr. Development Professional to join this dynamic team. The role provides oversight and integration of project activities performed by various functional areas (planning, sales and marketing, construction, accounting, design, value engineering, color selection & personalization, master planning, and property management) by building strong relationships with all key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all land development and site acquisition responsibilities for a number of projects and trade areas within the portfolio.
• Responsive to development opportunities in accordance with the project plan approval procedures.
