Sr. Demand Planner

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to create and evaluate demand forecasts for specific product and program categories. In this role, you will work with various internal departments and external vendors to conduct analyses that determine the necessary products and quantities for specific programs.
General Responsibilities
- Leads in the creation of future capacity plans
- Handles any communication with marketing, manufacturing and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency of message
- Leads in defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts
- Leads in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories
- Leads in creating a demand plan that will be used throughout the company in regards to supply planning
- Leads in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planning
