Responsibilities

• This role drives Manufacturing Technology Development through data science solutions, fostering innovation across Stamping, Plating, Molding, Assembly, and Measuring Systems.
• The individualtranslates business problems into data science solutions, leading the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and statistical analyses. They extract insights from complex datasets, build predictive and optimization models, and ensure scalable data pipelines through collaboration with data engineering.
• This position requires effectively communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders using visualizations and narratives. Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, they resolve diverse problems and collaborate cross-functionally on advanced projects (e.g., sub-micron tooling, measuring systems).
