Responsibilities
Handling customer complaints with the professional protocol for better customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score NPS).Driving corrective and preventive measures for further insurance no repeat issues with a proper and robust system.Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers and business partners satisfy the handling process.Cooperating with global, regional, and local organizations to deliver overall quality performance according to the best quality principle.Cooperating with operations for defect reduction program to achieve zero defect principle.Listening to customer queries professionally and solving them.Dealing with the customers via applicable communication channels and coordination with the local team.Looking after the customer Quality Performance and updating per defined regular status.
