Sr Consultant, Technology Portfolio Strategy

Strategy Development
• Work with technology teams to understand current state gaps, future state capabilities needed, and industry landscape
• Lead the prioritization, development, and ongoing update of portfolio roadmaps to address current state gaps and ensure alignment with business needs/the enterprise vision (annual and ad-hoc updates)

Transformational Leader
• Investigate and improve processes related to Roadmap execution (e.g. decommission process, TCO measurement, benefits realization, etc.) 
• Lead Roadmap workstreams, including leading problem-solving sessions, workshops and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts

Stakeholder Management
• Present and communicate with our Chief Architects, engineering heads and other senior leaders on an ongoing basis to gather feedback, report progress and ensure the Portfolio Roa...
