Sr. Consultant – Managed Services (Technical) responsible for the technical ownership of customer environments under managed service contracts. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to engage directly with clients, and accountability for service quality, stability, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Act as primary technical contact for managed services clients; participate in client meetings and service reviews.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide guidance on upgrades and risk mitigation.
- Own operational health of client environments; resolve complex incidents and escalations per ITSM & SLAs.
- Design, implement, and support on-prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Review and approve technical changes; support major incident management.
