JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Government of Canada’s enterprise-wide transformation of its HR and pay systems, Insight Global is seeking a Consultant, HR Systems specializing in Reporting to support the final build, testing, and implementation of the Dayforce platform. This role is part of a broader delivery team led by two leading consulting firms acting as Joint Service Integrators.

This position focuses on Dayforce reporting across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules, playing a key role in delivering accurate, actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making throughout the transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support as a Dayforce Reporting Specialist, building and maintaining reports across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules
