Support the maintenance of consistent, uninterrupted material flow with established inventory levels at a low cost without affecting customers' needs.
Coordinate cost reduction activities and adherence to established budgets.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Negotiates with suppliers to ensure on-time shipments and cost reductions.
2. Registers and maintains supplier information (price, bank information, address, etc.) in the SAP system.
3. Responsible for purchase price variation (PPV).
4. Responsible for maintaining vendor files.
5. Responsible for ensuring that suppliers respect and comply with the contract's terms.
6. Provides support in projects for the introduction of new products and/or new materials acquisition.
7. Implements cost reduction projects.
8. Main person who responsible for the relationship between the company and its suppliers.
