About the Role

Sr. Build Engineer - Android
Experience: 7+ Years

Tech Stack: Gradle (Kotlin DSL), Groovy, CI/CD, Artifactory

You understand the difference between api and implementation intuitively. You will engineer the build pipeline that supports dozens of modules and hundreds of engineers. You will focus on parallelization, incremental builds, and dependency hygiene.

What You'll Do
Gradle Mastery: Maintain and optimize complex Gradle build scripts (migrating Groovy to Kotlin DSL where necessary).
Build Speed: Implement and tune Gradle Enterprise (or similar build scans) to visualize and resolve critical path bottlenecks.
Plugin Dev: Develop custom Gradle plugins to enforce internal standards, versioning, and code quality checks.
Artifact Mgmt: Manage the publishing lifecycle of internal Android libraries to Artifactory or Maven Central.
