About the roleWe are seeking a Sr. Braze Developer to lead the technical development and optimization of our omnichannel marketing and patient engagement campaigns. This is a hands-on engineering role that will focus on designing, building, testing, and optimizing marketing automation journeys using Braze, integrating it with a modern digital ecosystem including CDP, Twilio, data analytics, patient scheduling, and content to the Director, Digital Engineering, you will play a key role in expanding our personalization strategy, increasing engagement, and driving conversion uplift across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging—while supporting ongoing platform migration, architecture improvements, and marketing is a hybrid role out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices with a minimum of two onsite days per week.You Will
