Profile Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior bookkeeping role
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with Xero (essential)
- Prior experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior staff
- Strong understanding of Australian bookkeeping and payroll processes
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
