Sr BESS Integration Engineer
Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design of BESS and hybrid PV+BESS systems (AC- and DC-coupled), including single-line diagrams, cable sizing, protection coordination, and grounding concepts.
• Specify batteries, PCS/inverters, DC/DC Converters, transformers, switchgear, protection devices, auxiliary systems, and monitoring equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, protection and safety standards, and internal engineering guidelines.
• Take technical ownership of installation and commissioning of BESS and hybrid systems at test yards and customer sites.
• Develop and execute detailed commissioning procedures, checklists, and test protocols (FAT, SAT, functional and performance tests).
• Perform on-site system start-up, parameterization of BMS/PCS/EMS, and tuning of controls and protection settings.
