Job Overview And Responsibility
LANDED provides the first end-to-end recruiting platform helping businesses hire top-notch candidates quickly. As a Sr. Backend Fullstack Engineer you will: Focus on the Backend but also traverse the stack into LANDED's Frontend web (Hotwire) and Mobile Design and build systems and products that align with business objective and user needs Be responsible for the upkeep, performance optimization, and scale-up of LANDED's current product and processes Uphold high engineering and security standards and continuously improve LANDED's codebases and processes Troubleshoot and address bugs or issues swiftly and efficiently Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to understand product specifications and observe product impact
Required Skills and Experience
You'll be a great fit if you: Have 6+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack Engineer, handling projects of various complexities Are highly proficient with Ruby on Rail...
