Position Overview

Senior Associate, Enablement (Permanent) – Export Development Canada (EDC), Ottawa, Ontario.

Join the Small Business & Partnerships Enablement Team to orchestrate initiatives that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project/workstream plans (tasks, decisions, risks, dependencies) and follow up with owners to keep delivery on track.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and working sessions (agendas, logistics, pre‑reads), capturing minutes and action items.
• Consolidate updates and prepare status reports (progress, risks/issues, decisions required, next steps).
• Draft communications and presentations to support implementation of new capabilities or initiatives.
• Develop and maintain team tools, templates, and artifacts (e.g., job aids, trackers, reporting) that support overall team operations.
