  Responsibilities and Duties: 
  Technical 
 Creates mood boards that articulate the design direction taken in a way that can be readily followed by the audience Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, After Effects and other design software
 Conceptualizes and pushes boundaries of artworks from client briefs
 Able to easily and meaningfully discuss all design elements and aesthetics with any audience on work created
 Suggests message, style, or media that should be used based on the design brief
 Estimates the time required to complete the project and uses this to stay on track to the deadline
 Provides sufficient orientation to other designers to undertake the work, where appropriate
