• Category Development
• Defined the category vision & strategy for Walmart Category
• Identify growth opportunities based on category insights and customer needs
• Convert shopper insights into commercial actions
• Portfolio and Shelf management
• Desing shelf strategy per retail environment
• Act as category developer no as brand developer
• Periodic market and sales reporting
