Sr. Architect – Hospitality Projects | MF & Associates

MF& Associates (an alchemy studio) is seeking a Senior Architect with 57 years of experience delivering hospitality projects. Responsibilities * Develop, coordinate, and review architectural technical packages, including Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC documentation. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants. * Attend site visits and project meetings, and coordinate the review of contractors RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, applicable codes, and hospitality brand standards. * Maintain accurate project documentation and support the timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all project phases.
