About the Role
- University degree in computer science / IT or related field,
- At least 10 years' experience in developing and successfully deploying map-enabled / WebGIS client applications,
- Technical skills: HTML & CSS, JavaScript/Angular JS, Leaflet, Python, R, C#, SQL/NonSQL Database, REST API, WebArchitecture, NPM, Information Security & Privacy
- Agile delivery experience including SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps (ADO)
- ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI, experience is a plus.
- Infrastructure understanding such as Linux OS, Terraform, Datadog, etc is plus
- Working knowledge of the IT environment / technology, and related security regulations and guidelines,
- Fluent written and spoken English,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hybrid. Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig if required.
