Review project inputs and specifications; capture project scope and understand overall requirements.Review MEP drawings, specifications, SOPs, and identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.Prepare and participate in project kick-off; review meetings with technical queries, compliance/deviations logs, risk logs, and record minutes of meetings.Adhere to standard estimation processes and guidelines to select proper combinations of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for optimal budgeting.Create a bill of materials for sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers, etc.Prepare Building Automation System network architecture.Ensure quality assurance, effective deliverables, and on-time delivery.Ensure timesheet compliance and review self-performance.Requirements & Qualifications
