Job Description

• To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of Market Operations coverage in Korea.
• To perform settlement process for all cross product including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income and Custody FX,
• To ensure the completeness of all transactions under the proper controls
• To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed
• To handle the queries from internal and external clients
• To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Good understanding of overall banking / operation procedure
• Preferable Treasury Settlement/ Operation fields
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Macro Tools
• Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English
• Strong team player
• Client Service oriented attitude
