Sr Analyst Indirect MRO

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for leading the strategic procurement of indirect materials (including MRO, services, machinery, construction, among others) and managing key investment and operational improvement projects. The role plays a critical part in ensuring supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement and industrial project management.
• Proven experience in categories such as MRO, Facilities, Construction, Machining, CAPEX, HR Services, and Electronic Spares.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationship development at both national and international levels.
