About the Role

A global fast-growing, entrepreneurial color cosmetics company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager to join the team. 
As the Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Controller and work closely with our entire business and finance team. You will focus on accounting, control, reporting, planning, and budgeting of business operations. The position requires an appreciation for entrepreneurship without large corporate infrastructure.
The Objectives of this Role
Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting and analysis and include involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and special cross-functional projects.
Complete both month-end and year-end close processes, including liaising and preparing audit schedules and working papers, GAAP presentations, and audit queries to ensure compliance.
