About the Role
Description
We are seeking a Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager with strong expertise in IFRS, experience in accounting audits and consolidated financial reporting to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Group’s annual consolidated financial statements in Spanish and English in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the external audit process, including audit planning, preparation of audit instructions, and kick-off meetings with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements in English under IAS 34, including disclosures for investor reporting and MD&A documentation.
