Squad Leader protects the product.
We aren't looking for someone to just host ceremonies; we need a driver who owns the delivery pipeline from start to finish.

As a Squad Leader, you are a hybrid powerhouse: the strategic oversight of a
Product Owner
, the technical rigor of a
QA Lead
, and the efficiency of an
Agile Coach
all in one. You are the final filter. If a feature is delayed or a bug is leaked, you are the one with the data and the plan to fix it.

What You Will Do

Own the Pipeline:
Manage throughput, quality, and the Definition of Done. You have the authority to halt or pivot work to ensure project health.
