SQL Server Database Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SQL Server Database Administrator with 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and maintaining SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL Server clustering, replication performance tuning, and backup & recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances in clustered environments.

Implement and support SQL Server Clustering for high availability and disaster recovery.

Configure and manage SQL Server Replication (Transactional, Merge, and Snapshot) across multiple servers/sites.

Monitor database performance, conduct tuning, and optimize queries and indexes.

Handle database backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning and testing.

Perform database patching and upgrades with minimal downtime.
