1 to 3 years of experience in application engineering software development or DevOps. Demonstrated ability to support production applications with minimal oversight. Strong proficiency in incident. Primary Responsibilities: RUN Focused The contract resource will be accountable for operational stability and support including. Monitoring system health and responding to production alerts and incidents. Frontline incident triage and resolution using ServiceNow Participation in an established oncall rotation during business critical periods. Weekly fix maintenance and patch testing and validation.
