About the Role

PGS Rodanar Pallets (Snaaskerke) and PGS De Backer Pallets (Poperinge) are both part of the PGS Group and are both active in the production of pallets.


We are looking for machine operators for both sites.


What tasks will you perform?


  • The correct execution of the production orders according to the product specifications and quality requirements and this in accordance with agreements within the ISO quality system.
  • Very clear reporting and registration of non-conformity on the notification quality sheet.
  • Keep the workstation orderly and tidy.
  • Ensuring maximum efficiency on his machine without compromising on safety and quality.
  • You are responsible for the changeover and operation of an automatically controlled machine.
  • Manual and semi-automatic machine with raw materials (nails, boards, beams).
