Splunk Cloud Developer

Administer/Support Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.
Manage Splunk cluster such as Search Heads, Indexers, Forwarders (UF/HF), Deployment Server, Cluster Master, and Monitoring Console.
Hands-on with Unix/Linux systems, including shell scripting, process monitoring, log analysis, file system management, and OS-level troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, ports, SSL/TLS, and network-related issue analysis impacting data ingestion.
Monitor and troubleshoot data flow in the Splunk cluster, ensuring data availability, latency management, and resolving indexing/search performance issues.
Exposure to ticketing and incident management tools such as JIRA (or similar), handling incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities.
