Japanese-Speaking Splunk Administrator / Splunk Support Engineer

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours (No Shifts)
Salary Range: MYR 12,000 – 15,000 (Monthly)
Language Requirement: Japanese Speaker (Malaysian)
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production.
Manage and maintain Splunk clusters, including:
Search Heads
Indexers
Universal & Heavy Forwarders (UF/HF)
Deployment Server
Cluster Master
Monitoring Console
Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion, indexing, and search performance, ensuring data availability and minimal latency.
Perform Unix/Linux system administration tasks:
Shell scripting
Process and resource monitoring
Log analysis
File system and OS-level troubleshooting
