Spicemix Technician

Position Overview

Preparing, blending, and weighing of ingredients in spice mixing operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate weight of ingredients and spices according to established recipes and formulations, following specific measurements and ratios to achieve the desired quality and consistency.
• Monitor spice mixing and blending tools such as weighing scales, scoopers, safety cutters, and knives; set up equipment correctly, adjust settings as required, and maintain optimal operating conditions throughout production.
• Maintain accurate records of metal detection activities, including the number of items inspected, any metal contaminations found, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare corrective and preventive actions reports.

Education

At least college level or high school graduate.
