About the Role

Responsibilities

Keep Language Matters informed on preferred working hours and number of clients (can grow caseload gradually)

Arrange & manage your own booking schedule

Assess speech, language, literacy, & communication disorders in children (0-18), providing appropriate recommendations (areas treated are negotiable)

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients and families

Provide consultation, inter-professional collaboration, parent training as needed

Monitor, evaluate and chart patient progress (through Jane software) and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Manage your active client files ensuring adherence to CASLPO guidelines on patient records

Invoice and provide receipts to families through online system Jane

Optional additional paperwork may be required (reports as requested, home practice, etc.)
