Barista / Candidate Experience Associate

This role combines coffee service and hospitality with candidate engagement, creating a welcoming and positive experience for applicants visiting our hub.

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light refreshments for candidates and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and waiting area.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere within the recruitment hub.
• Monitor supplies and perform basic inventory tracking for coffee and refreshments.
• Coordinate with the Admin, Facilities, or Procurement teams to replenish ingredients and materials.
• Report low stock levels, damaged items, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Greet candidates upon arrival and help them feel comfortable while waiting for interviews or assessments.
