Qualifications
- Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.
- Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.
- Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).
- Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.
- Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.
- Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities team
- Assists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)
- Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)
