About the Role

About the role
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain efficient and accurate technical training and assessment materials that align with business requirements, incorporating best practices and training standards across Thiess' operational jurisdictions.

Participate in learning and development opportunities, including courses, training and other approved events intended to expand personal and organisational knowledge base relevant to required functions and skills.

Develop classroom curriculum, training packages and assessment materials.

Provide advice on instructional/learning and curriculum improvements.

Review training and assessment materials and make recommendations forimprovements for approval by the global moderation team

Develop new ideas to support the efficient use of the training and assessment process and content.

Provide input for company-wide training development.
