Specialist - Risk and Governance

The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Risk & Governance Advisor to lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of our new Enterprise Risk Management Framework (RMF) across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this role plays a key part in embedding risk management practices, driving risk culture uplift, and ensuring high‑quality enterprise risk reporting to senior leaders and Kinetic’s Audit & Risk Committee.

Location: Brisbane or Melbourne

What you'll be doing

• Implement and roll out Kinetic’s RMF across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with business units to embed risk in decision‑making and support uplift in risk maturity and resilience.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Register.
