Job Summary

Responsible for efficiently coordinating and supporting all Merchandise Operations enhancement projects and concessionaires management, including but not limited to: Documentation preparation, Meeting and Events coordination, and other duties in need. Follow up and advance the projects schedule, liaise with other internal and external teams.

Major Responsibilities

Collaborate with concessionaire to provide operational support and assist in coordinating work with related departments.

Support Special Project liaising with Visual Merchandise and Retail Operations team to prepare any documentations and seek approvals for enhancement works.

Support the team to seek approvals from creative and liaise with TS team on any M&E requirements to support the special projects.

Follow through on the Special Projects progress and coordinate with relevant departments where necessary.
