• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure correct pricing, taxes, payment terms, and delivery dates.
• Generate Purchase Orders for approved Purchase Requisitions.
• Manage Blanket & Contract Purchase Agreements.
• Reconciliation of Blanket & Contract Purchase Agreements with Budgets.
• Tracking of POs against Blanket Purchase Agreement and Contract Purchase Agreements.
• Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy and SOP.
