Job description

a. Perform transactions in companys MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system timely with no impact to operations

· Execute inventory and WIP related transactions in GPN (which includes but not limited to bonus, scrap lot, lot owner changes) timely without any operational impact, addressing errors as needed. Transactions performed based on reports from contract manufacturers or internal requestors.

b. Regular monitoring and reconciliation of inventory/WIP accuracy between Contract Manufacturing Partners MES and company MES/ERP systems, drive and execute process-compliant reconciliation

· Compare and reconcile inventory between Contract Manufacturer and company.

· Investigate causes of discrepancies and work with cross functional teams and contract manufacturers to recover and correct discrepant data.
