Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through CRM, social media, referrals, and other channels, including managing product sample requests.
Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, video meetings) to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Present products effectively and handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to support satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report key sales metrics and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to ensure smooth campaign alignment and customer handovers.
Manage quotations, order processing (SAP), CRM updates (C4C), and track customer applications, competitors, and pricing trends.
