1. Support Alternative Production, Engineering, and Maintenance
Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and analyze data to identify root causes, brainstorm solutions with cross-functional teams, and implement effective corrective actions.
Create tracking systems for maintenance inventory to maintain optimum spare parts stock levels.
Design workflows and data collection forms for production and maintenance tracking.
Lead waste reduction and improve alternative production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and smooth operations.
