About the Role

Responsibilities:



+ Be knowledgeable about the products

+ Design, implement assortment plan, product forecasting and sales planning.

+ Work closely with a broad internal team on a seasonal business plan based on financial planning, sell-in, sell-thru, account specific objectives, and an understanding of the retailer’s consumer base.

+ Support on any data management, reporting, consolidation and general analytics.

+ Analyze sales trend and provide action plan.

+ Be responsible for downloading product strategy to account and achieve alignment during sell-in gates to deliver qualified future booking results.

+ Coordinate with marketplace team and marketing team to ensuring best presentation of stories and product to our best customers at the appropriate time.



+ Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow by category and by month, in order to optimize account opportunities.
